This tutorial shows you various ways you can change the colors and shades of your image, including the color, contrast, brightness, and saturation.

Another way to edit the color of an image is to use variations. To go to variations, go to Image -> Adjustments -> Variations…

Once here you can make the saturation midtones, highlights, or shadows more green, more yellow, more cyan, more red, more blue, more magenta, or make the image lighter or darker. Although this isn’t very good for getting specific colors, it gives you a pretty good average and is fun to fool around with while trying to find good colors There you go, you now know several ways to change the color of your image, as well as making it lighter or dark and how to change the contrast.
